(1) To transform the culture of war and violence to a culture of peace, you can promote the understanding of your students and youth of the United Nations definition of the culture of peace (click here).

(2) You are encouraged to elaborate the Peace Manifesto to adapt to the situation faced by your class or youth group.

(3) Initially, clarify to your students and youth that their task is to spread the following Peace Manifesto message on social media :

I'm sick and tired of the culture of war, so I give my support to the culture of peace, and I will keep spreading the word on social media until we win.

(4) Next, explain to the students and youth that they will be choosing the image of a Peacemaker or Music video for their social media posts. The following instructions provide 11 choices of peacemakers and 11 choices of music:

To succeed we need to flood the social media with Manifesto messages. Encourage youth to send messages many times using different social media with both peacemakers and music.
